Your contributions
You retain ownership of your original words. You grant Thunder Debates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display them as needed to operate and protect the service. Do not submit material you lack the right to share.
- Contributions must be plain text and lawful.
- Evidence links remain the responsibility of the contributor.
- Anonymous publication does not remove accountability under these terms or the law.
Fair use of the service
Do not probe for private data, bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with availability, automate participation without permission, introduce malicious content, or use the service to target another person. Security research requires prior written authorisation.
Moderation and availability
We may review, label, restrict, redact, remove, preserve, or disclose content where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, security, or enforcement. We may suspend access and change or withdraw features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or endorse user contributions.
Liability and contact
The service is provided without a promise that community content is complete, accurate, or suitable for reliance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@thunder.me.
