01

Report content

Use the private Report control on the relevant point or comment whenever possible. For urgent platform-wide concerns, email safety@thunder.me with the page address and a concise description. Do not attach or reproduce illegal material.

02

Complain about a decision

If your content or access was restricted, use the reference included in the moderation notice. Explain what you think was misunderstood and identify any context the reviewer should consider. Another authorised moderator should review permanent restrictions where practicable.

03

What happens next

We acknowledge submitted complaints, prioritise safety-critical matters, preserve relevant audit information, and provide an outcome when it is safe and lawful to do so. We may withhold information that would expose another person’s private data, compromise abuse detection, or prejudice an investigation.

04

Submit an appeal

Use the form below for moderation appeals. General debate disagreements are not moderation complaints; respond to the point itself instead.

Private submission

Appeal a moderation decision

Use the affected point URL, a comment reference, or a decision number if one was provided. We resolve it privately without revealing whether another person’s reference exists.
